We work directly with coffee growers from different regions of the country. In each of our bags you can find information about its origin and the history of the coffee grower.

We have designed 6 subscription plans with you in mind. The subscription plan consists of a home order where you will pay in advance for BANNA coffee for 1, 3 or 6 months, and thus you will receive 2 or 4 bags of coffee of 340 grams monthly depending on your subscription. In each subscription plan you can choose the coffee you like the most from our four profiles or select "surprise me" where we will send you our coffees randomly. (If you have not tried our coffees, you can choose the starter kit to taste them). Another option in your subscription plan is to choose your coffee in beans or ground (grinds: coarse, medium or fine), depending on how you prepare it at home. If you are not sure of your choice, you can contact us and we will help you guide your selection. According to your choice, we will either make a single delivery or partial deliveries. These will be done on the first day of the month or in the middle of the month. Our goal is that you have fresh coffee every day, therefore our deliveries can take up to 10 business days. The subscription plans, in addition to making it easier for you to have special coffee every day; They are a commitment to our coffee growers to continually buy from them, thus helping their micro-businesses and promoting special coffee growing in Colombia.

Subscription plans are a simple way to have fresh specialty coffee, every day, at home, and that is why we make it easy for you to purchase them through this platform. Additionally, with the purchase of this product you participate in fair and direct trade. This means that you promote the agricultural development of coffee in different regions of the country. Finally, the larger your subscription, the more economic benefits you have. In subscriptions of 2 monthly bags you have a 10% discount, and in subscriptions of 4 monthly bags you have a 15% discount. Example: If you subscribe for 6 months with 4 monthly bags, you would be buying a total of 24 bags to consume during the 6 months. Buying the 24 bags individually will be priced at $720,000. The price of the subscription is $612,000, so you would save $108,000, which is equivalent to 3 and a half bags.

We work directly with coffee growers to ensure the best quality and all product traceability information. Through a quality process where we make 5 selections, it is possible to obtain only the best grains in the bags that arrive at your home: Selection of Coffee Fruits: All the coffee is collected by expert hands at the ripening points. Selection of Damaged Fruits: Before starting the benefit process on the farm, our coffee growers make sure to remove the fruits that have suffered damage or are not at the best ripening point. Parchment Coffee Selection: The best grains are chosen by weight and size, ensuring consistency in the flavor of each cup. Green Coffee Selection: Our roaster, upon receiving the coffee, removes the green beans that have suffered changes during transport, ensuring a high-quality roasting process. Roasted Coffee Selection: Before proceeding to pack the coffee, the roaster team is responsible for removing the beans that did not comply with the proper roasting process. When the coffee is roasted, our roasting and cupping team taste each coffee to give it a quality rating according to the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). And likewise, this team visits coffee growers to ensure quality processes on the farms and their continuous improvement.
